Kenya’s representatives at the 2018 Africa Cup for Club Champions (ACCC) Telkom and United States International University-Africa (USIU-A) have jetted out today morning at 5 a.m ahead of the continental fete that will kick off on December 15, 2018 in Abuja, Nigeria.
USIU-A patron John Kabuu expressed his joy and confidence in the team saying it will be a nice adventure for the young team which many of the players have never participated in an international competition.
“It will be a hard task but I believe the girls are ready for this adventure. We will do our best and ensure we come back home with the best results,” said Kabuu.
The Kenyan ladies will battle for supremacy against defending champions Ghana Revenue Authority, Ghana Police, Kada Queens and Delta Queens in the seven-day competition.
